Chef’s Table wines exist for a few reasons. The first and foremost is to generate funds to donate to local charities. Also, Chef’s Table is exclusive to high-quality, chef-driven restaurants around the country. Our Willamette Valley Pinot Noir over-delivers quality, pairs beautifully with inspired, thoughtful cuisine, and gives our restaurant partners (and their guests) an ultra-premium wine at a reasonable price point. We’ve tried to cover the most important things for restaurant owners and their guests when developing Chef’s Table: superior quality, exceptional value, and locally-connected. Our Pinot Noir is a blend of grapes from our estate vineyards.
All of our fruit is grown biodynamically and we have four AVAs in the Willamette Valley from which to source and blend Chef’s Table. Our vast resources for estate fruit allows for optimum quality, value, and consistency. Chef’s Table’s proprietors are Ashli & Doug Cohen. They have over 50 years of combined experience in the wine industry. They are committed to giving back to the local community and producing world-class wines from the Willamette Valley.
